Why I Serve
“In memory of Lisa—and in service to every soul who feels unseen.”
Warriors of Resilience LLC was born from both personal loss and a divine calling.
I lost my sister Lisa to suicide after she was released from care against her will—despite clearly expressing that she wasn’t ready. Her voice was ignored. The system failed her. That moment changed everything.
I vowed to create spaces where no one feels unheard, unseen, or dismissed. This ministry is not optional—it’s sacred. It’s my way of standing in the gap for those who are struggling, advocating for compassionate care, and offering holistic support that meets people where they are. Every resource I offer is shaped by love, lived experience, and the belief that healing is possible when we truly listen.
I currently offer two distinct paths of support, each shaped by lived experience, academic training, and a deep commitment to compassionate care:
Christian Counseling
For those seeking healing through biblical wisdom and trauma-informed guidance, I provide faith-based sessions that integrate scripture, prayer, and psychological insight. These sessions are ideal for individuals navigating addiction, grief, relational loss, and emotional trauma within a spiritual framework.
Peer Support Services
For individuals who prefer a non-clinical, non-faith-based approach, I offer peer support rooted in shared experience, gentle accountability, and emotional safety. These sessions are open to anyone seeking encouragement and understanding—regardless of background or belief.
My goal is to meet each person where they are, offering care that is both accessible and respectful of their journey. No one is turned away due to financial hardship, and sliding scale options are available.
In memory of my sister—whose voice still guides this mission.
